The rules for what can be listed, sold and done on the Souq marketplace.

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses Souq, operated by BIZPEPE & COMPANY MERCHANTS LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), including buyers, sellers and service providers. It forms part of our Terms of Use.
The following may not be listed, sold or offered on Souq:
Illegal goods or anything whose sale is restricted by law without the required licence.
Counterfeit, replica or stolen goods, and anything that infringes someone else's intellectual property.
Weapons, ammunition, explosives and their parts.
Drugs, drug paraphernalia, prescription medicines, and tobacco or alcohol where not permitted.
Hazardous, flammable or toxic materials, and recalled products.
Adult or sexually explicit content and services.
Live animals, wildlife products, and human body parts or fluids.
Gambling, lotteries, and betting services.
Financial products, cryptocurrency, gift cards, vouchers, and money transfer or lending services.
Personal data, account credentials, and hacking tools or services.
Any item or service that promotes hate, violence or discrimination.
When using Souq, you must not:
Provide false identity, business or listing information, or impersonate anyone.
Ask buyers to pay outside the app, or move a transaction off Souq to avoid fees or buyer protection.
Post misleading prices, descriptions or photos, or leave fake reviews.
Harass, threaten, scam or spam other users.
Use Souq for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
Create multiple or automated accounts, or abuse invites and rewards.
Interfere with the app, its security, or other users' accounts.
Complete verification and keep your identity, contact and business details up to date.
Hold any licences or permits your products or services legally require, and show them to us on request.
Describe items accurately, honour the price shown, and ship or deliver as described.
Respond to buyer messages and to our compliance team within a reasonable time.
If we find or are told about a breach of this policy, we may:
Remove listings without notice.
Hold payouts while we investigate, and refund buyers where appropriate.
Suspend or permanently close accounts.
Report illegal activity to law enforcement and our payment partners.
You can report a listing or user from within the app or by emailing compliance@souqhr.com. We review every report.
